YOU are always the best interpreter of your own thoughts. This experience will incorporate a short Meditation along with the exploration and visual expression of a Dream or Dreams as in a Storyboard, created in a choice of materials, followed by storytelling, journaling, sharing. The Journaling component will include specific questions for you to explore and write about pertaining to your DREAM.
